Laura Bryson - Chiropractic Assistant
Hi my name is Laura!
I love snowboarding, hiking, and taking care of my family. My journey to a better quality of life started with chiropractic care in 2018. Partnering chiropractic care with a healing diet and exercise has been a game changer for myself and my family. Choosing to become a part of Dr Anderson's practice family was an easy choice to make. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and care for. This feeling and level of care is extremely important whether you're an employee, a brand-new patient, or you have been with Dr Anderson for many years, he cares about you! He cares about how you feel, what's going on in your life, and most importantly how he can help you have the best quality of life! I'm looking forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey!
Ever since I was little, I have been passionate about serving others. I started studying to become a nurse but ended up falling in love with nutrition and exercise because of the profound impact they have on our physical and mental health. I knew I wanted to help as many people as possible regain control of their health through natural means. After receiving my degree in nutrition, I moved to Honduras. There I pursued my passion of serving others by working as a teacher while creating a school nutrition program as well as volunteering at orphanages and mission centers across the country. After 5 years, I moved back to the US where I met and married my wonderful husband and continue to search for ways to help others improve improve their health. In my spare time I love being outside (mainly skiing or golfing), cooking, and spending time with my large family.
When I walked into Dr. Anderson’s office, I knew it was a special place. It was apparent right away how caring everyone was and how invested they were in improving the health of each and every person that steps foot through the door. I am looking forward to being a part of your health journey!
Arishe Price Crawford - Massage Therpaist
Hi, my name is Arishe Price Crawford, LMT. I have been specializing in therapeutic and injury modalities for 10+ years. Massage therapy is the most gratifying position I have ever held. It is heartwarming to see patients' faces light up with the hope of healing. I believe God led me to Dr. JT Anderson because my profession allows me to work with a Chiropractor that has the same service values and cares genuinely about the patient's overall well-being. As someone who has been injured in a violent motor vehicle accident, I too continue to receive the care that Dr. Anderson and staff provide, therefore; I understand the difference we can make in your healing process together so, let’s get started!
Dr. Kurtis Brown ND has called Colorado home since he was 10 years old when his family moved to Colorado Springs. After graduating from Widefield High school he served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. Upon separating from the Marines he enrolled in college to start the process of becoming a doctor, with the intention of practicing like an old country doctor. He had a desire to combine both western and natural types of medicine while developing relationships to better understand his patients’ needs. While doing his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Denver and Arapahoe Community College he learned about Naturopathic Medicine. It was then he realized this kind of medicine would allow him to have the best of both worlds.
Dr. Brown received his Naturopathic Doctorate degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic
Medicine (SCNM) at the end of 2010 and was able to open his practice in early 2011. In 2013 he teamed with a group of Naturopathic Doctors that succeeded in passing a law allowing Naturopathic Doctors to be registered in Colorado, helping ensure that Naturopathic Medicine remained an available option for care. Dr. Brown is Registered in Colorado and Licensed in Arizona as an ND.
Dr. Brown lives and practices in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and serves patients all over the front range. His patients benefit from him utilizing a strong base of both Allopathic and Naturopathic Medicine to treat and guide them and their families in all aspects of their health. Dr. Brown's main goal is to prevent problems from happening. His secondary goal is to find the underlying causes and fix them so they do not return. To accomplish those goals he spends a lot of time throughout the entire relationship fostering collaboration with his patients.
In his free time, Dr. Brown loves to play outdoors and travel, be it just around the state or anywhere in the world. Living in Colorado provides many local opportunities to hike, camp, and play outside with his family and friends as well as provide a home base for traveling internationally.
