Stacy Lebeda - Wellness Coach
Hello! My name is Stacy and my family and I recently moved to Colorado from Arizona
where we lived for the last 10 years. I’m originally from San Diego, but I have lived in Santa
Barbara and Seattle as well. My husband and I have three children. Twins, that recently started
high school, and my oldest who started the WC Carey school of business at ASU last year.
I have spent the last 11 years in the fitness industry, where I have multiple certifications
in personal training, corrective fitness, and strength training. Over the past decade I have also
taught group fitness classes where I have received my master certification for mat Pilates, as
well as being a certified cycle/spin instructor.
Health and fitness were not always my passion. It was not until I found myself 30
pounds over weight from having twins, that the desire to be more healthy took over me. Since
then, it has been my desire to teach people proper nutrition and fitness. An even greater
reward beside teaching people fitness, has been helping people understand their potential and
showing everyone that they can do whatever they put their minds to if they just do not give up!
I am very excited to be taking this new chapter in my life by working at JT Anderson
Chiropractic. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be working for and shadowing one of the
best chiropractic doctors in Colorado, Dr. JT Anderson. I look forward to all that he can teach
me as well as meeting his wonderful clients and seeing what I may bring to the practice.
